The interior of the all-new Volvo EX90 redefines luxury and well-being

Inside the all-new Volvo EX90, you’ll find a progressive material named Nordico.

How do values become tangible materials? What does luxury mean in today's environment? These were a few of the questions that the Volvo designers had to consider as they started designing the interior of their upcoming Volvo EX90 all-electric flagship SUV.

Their responses are contemporary while being strongly entrenched in the fundamental principles of Scandinavian design, which emphasise simplicity, well-being, and natural resources.

There is a new paradigm in automotive luxury, just as traditional measurements like horsepower and acceleration have been replaced by charging time and range. The finest bling for Volvo isn't. Additionally, a luxurious interior may now be identified by more than just the scent of fresh animal leather.

The Volvo EX90 has one of the most aesthetically pleasing and beautiful interiors on the market when you translate it into actual inside components. Volvo's interior design also shows its commitment to sustainability, including its goal of being a fully circular economy and climate-neutral business by 2040.

The innovative material used inside the Volvo EX90 is named Nordico. Nordico establishes a new benchmark for high-end interior design and is a modern manifestation of Scandinavian principles. Nordico is a progressive and technologically cutting-edge material manufactured from fabrics made from recycled materials like PET bottles and bio-attributed material from sustainably managed forests in Sweden and Finland.

Beyond materials, the all-new Volvo EX90 gives you the option to customise the interior and outside of your vehicle by letting you select from seven different "rooms" that coordinate the interior design and upholstery with the exterior hues.

The new, all-electric Volvo EX90 will be revealed on November 9.
